As our volunteers, you are deemed to have given consent to Tzu Chi Singapore to collect, use and disclose your personal data to facilitate the necessary administration as follows:

1. To verify your identity and information;
2. To manage and administer your applications and registrations;
3. To update and engage you regarding our latest initiatives, activities and training programmes; and
4. To maintain volunteers database.

In addition, your personal data will also be used, retained and disclosed for the following purposes, for which we seek your consent.

1. To respond to your enquiries and feedback whenever applicable, and
2. To publish your stories, sharing, photos, audio and/or video recordings on our official website, related social media platforms, and other promotional materials.

成为慈济志工，即表示您同意新加坡慈济收集、使用、披露您的个人资料，作为以下行政用途：

1. 核对您的身份和资料
2. 处理您的申请与报名
3. 联系及邀约您参与志工服务、活动与培训课程
4. 维护志工资料库

新加坡慈济也将使用、保存、披露您的个人资料，用于后续互动和联系，在此需要您的同意：

1. 回复及处理您的询问或投诉（若有）
2. 在慈济网页、社交媒体平台及其他宣传媒介，发布您的故事、分享、照片、录音和影带等
